Common questions
Is the baseline test really free?
Yes. You get the simulation and the results with no obligation. If you want the ongoing training afterwards we will quote for it, and you are free to say no.
Will staff feel caught out?
Only if it is handled badly. We report a team score rather than a list of names, and anyone who clicks gets coaching in the moment. If people are afraid of being blamed they stop reporting real incidents, which is far more dangerous than a click in a test.
Do we have to tell the team in advance?
That is your call. Telling people that simulations happen from time to time, without saying when, works well and avoids anyone feeling tricked.
How often are the tests?
Often enough to stay sharp, not so often that people stop reading their email properly. We agree the frequency with you.
What if the same person keeps clicking?
The report shows you. The fix is nearly always a short conversation and some targeted training, not a disciplinary process.
Does this work for remote and hybrid staff?
Yes. It is all delivered by email and browser, so where someone is sitting makes no difference.
